Fourth of July Cheesecake in a Jar
Inspired by independence day, my next few posts will be red, white, and blue holiday themed- just like these lovely jars of yummy cheesecake. I customized my own recipe out of another I found on pinterest. The original was high in calories and fat, while my new edition is fat free and very low calorie. For the original recipe click here. This is so delicious that you will find yourself licking the bowl {and inside of your jar!} clean. I know I did.

BERRY CHEESECAKE IN A JAR
{approximate time = fifteen minutes}
2oz non fat cream cheese
2oz Cool Whip
1/6 cup of sugar
splash of vanilla extract
granola
berries {fresh or frozen}
Blend ingredients {excluding the berries and granola}
until smooth and creamy. Pour into jars and layer in red,
white, and blue fashion.
Fills approximately two small jars. The lovely jars I used were recycled from Dalmatia fig spread, which by the way, is absolutely scrumptious with cheese and crackers.
